The following individuals have been determined to be inadmissible to Canada and are the subject of an active Canada-wide arrest warrant, issued pursuant to the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA).
Inadmissibility under the IRPA is a determination made by an administrative decision-maker that the individual is not authorized to enter or remain in Canada. A criminal conviction may lead to a finding of inadmissibility under the IRPA, but the two processes are distinct.
By publicizing the identities of these individuals, the CBSA is enlisting the help of the public in identifying these individuals and reporting any relevant information to the CBSA.
If you know the whereabouts of these individuals take no action to apprehend these persons yourself. Report any information to the Border Watch Line at 1-888-502-9060 or call Crime Stoppers toll free at 1-800-222-8477 anywhere in North America.
Remember Crime Stoppers does not subscribe to call display, we will not record your call and you are not required to testify in court. If your information leads to an arrest or a charge, you could qualify for a cash reward of up to $2000.
