Suspect to be ID in theft, assault and threats

The Ottawa Police Service and Crime Stoppers are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect in theft, assault and threats.

On the 17th of June 2018, a male suspect entered a commercial business located in the 1200 block of Shillington Ave and stole merchandise. An employee confronted the suspect who then assaulted the employee and threatened them. The suspect fled the area with the stolen items.

Suspect sought after uttering threats

The Ottawa Police Service West Criminal Investigations Unit and Crime Stoppers are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a male suspect responsible for threats.

Starting on the 5th of February 2018 and continuing into March, a male suspect made several threats to the victim. The incidents happened at their place of employment, as well as in public. The suspect has attempted to get the victim to engage in a physical altercation, which they refuse.
