Suspect sought in road rage incident on Earl Armstrong Rd

Ottawa Police East Criminal Investigations Unit and Crime Stoppers are seeking the public’s help in identifying a male involved in a road rage incident.

On the 11th of August 2017, around 8:00pm, on Earl Armstrong Rd, the unidentified male suspect was involved in a road rage incident where he veered his car towards the victim, pulled in front of the victim and applied his brakes, and even threw a lit cigarette at the victim, burning their clothes.
