Ottawa: Quick Change Scam at Food Retailer

The Ottawa Police Central General Investigations unit and Crime Stoppers are seeking the public’s assistance with the identity of male responsible in a quick change scam at a fast food retailer on November 24th at approximately 2:00pm in the 500 block of Montreal Rd.

The suspect engaged the cashier in a series of quick money exchanges that resulted in short changing the cashier. Please view the attached photo provided by investigator.

Ottawa: Sexual Assault Suspect to be Identified

UPDATE: SUSPECT ARRESTED. On Sunday December 18th at approximately 3:15pm a male committed a sexual assault at 50 Rideau Street.

The unidentified male was following the victim from behind then forcefully and inappropriately grabbed the victim. He was last seen exiting the Rideau Center towards a bus stop.

Ottawa: Suspect to be identified in Theft of Jacket at Retail Store

On Monday October 3rd at approximately 11:00am a male entered a retail store located in the Rideau Center and committed a theft of a black leather jacket.

The unidentified male concealed the jacket and exited the store without making any attempt to pay. The jacket is valued at several hundred dollars. Please view the attached photos provided by investigator.
