Suspect to be identified in fraudulent purchase of a vehicle

The Ottawa Police Service Organized Fraud Unit and Crime Stoppers are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect in a fraudulent purchase of a vehicle.

On the 22 of March 2019, an unknown suspect used fraudulent identification to obtain financing to purchase a 2018 Toyota 4Runner from a dealership in Ottawa. Please see the photo below provided by investigators.
