Owner/Occupants of vehicle of interest sought by police

The Ottawa Police Service and Crime Stoppers are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the owner/occupants of a vehicle of interest in a missing dog.

On the 21st of January 2018, at approximately 2:00pm, a vehicle is seen slowing and approaching a dog that was outside in the 600 block of Caracara Dr. The dog approaches the passenger side of the vehicle, which stops, and the passenger opens the door. The passenger then exits the vehicle as the dog seems to walk around the vehicle. The passenger who exited, walks around both sides of the vehicle, then re-enters. Once the passenger re-enters the vehicle, it then leaves. The dog has not been seen since.

Please see photos of the vehicle provided by investigators.

The Ottawa police would like to speak to the individuals in the vehicle.
