Suspect to be identified in fraud


UPDATE: Suspect has been arrested.

The Ottawa Police Service West Criminal Investigations unit and Crime Stoppers are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a male suspect in fraud.

In august 2017, a suspect intentionally defrauded an individual by sending them an empty box instead of the product that was agreed to and paid for. Loss was estimated near $900.
