Suspect sought in a commercial robbery on Carling Ave
Ottawa Police Service Central Criminal Investigations and Crime Stoppers are looking to identify a male suspect responsible for a commercial robbery.
On the 28th of March, 2017 at approximately 08:00 a commercial business, located in the 2900 block of Carling Ave was robbed by a masked man. The suspect went behind the counter and demanded money. The suspect pulled out and knife when he received some resistance from the complainant.
The suspect fled the scene.
The suspect is described as a 5’9″ male, thin build, black 3/4 length winter coat fur on the hood, dark pants, dark shoes wearing gloves. The face was covered with a black mask with white and/or gold patches around the eyes and he wore and grey/dark bandana around his mouth/face. The suspect spoke English with no accent.
