Ottawa Police Organized Fraud Unit and Crime Stoppers are seeking the public’s help in identifying a male responsible for an identity fraud
On March 4, 2017, the suspect got a hold of a new debit card in a victim’s name using a phishing scam. The suspect over the course of the next few hours withdrew approx. $11,000 from various ATMS and Casinos.
