Seeking the identity of a suspect from a residential break and enter

(Ottawa) —The Ottawa Police Service is investigating a residential break and enter and is seeking the public’s assistance to identify the suspect responsible.

On Monday, January 29, 2018 at approximately 8:50 pm, a suspect unlawfully entered residential premises, which were under renovation, situated along the 300 block of Besserer Street. The front door was forced open and the suspect made off with multiple power tools.

The suspect is described as a Caucasian male, 25-35 years, 5’8”-5’10” (173cm – 178cm), average build, with a full goatee. At the time, the suspect was wearing a light-coloured winter jacket with fur around the hood, tuque and dark-coloured pants (view picture.)
