Suspect sought in convenience store robbery

The Ottawa Police Service Robbery Unit and Crime Stoppers is seeking the public’s assistance to identify the suspect responsible for a recent convenience store robbery.

On August 5, 2017, a lone male suspect, disguised, entered a convenience store situated along the 400 block of Moodie Drive. The suspect brandished a knife and directed the employee to open the register. The suspect fled with a quantity of cash and bus tickets. There were no injuries.

The suspect is described as being a Caucasian male, approximately 5’6″(168 cm), with a thin build. He was wearing a light green mask, a black hooded jacket, black pants and black shoes (images attached.)
