Seeking to identify a suspect involved in using fraudulent ID

The Ottawa Police Service Organized Fraud Unit and Crime Stoppers are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a male suspect using fraudulent forms of identification.

On the 2nd of June 2017, an unknown male entered a financial institution located in the 90 block of Sparks St where he attempted to open a bank account. He was using two pieces of fraudulent ID. A short time after, he went to another financial institution and attempted to same thing. On both occasions he left the scene when questioned further by employees.

Remember Crime Stoppers does not subscribe to call display, we will not ask your name or record your call and you are not required to testify in court.
