Ottawa: Youths Throwing Rocks from Overpass on Woodroffe Ave

On Tuesday July 12th at approximately 2:00pm three youths were observed throwing rocks from the railway overpass on Woodroffe Ave just south of Norice Street in Nepean.

The incident impacted a vehicle which sustained a smashed windshield and injuries to the passenger. According to authority the incident could have been deadly. According to witnesses the two females approximately 10-12 years old wearing a blue shirt and the other a light colored shirt were seen running west bound on the tracks and a male similar age running east (no clothing desc) following the incident.
