Ottawa theft of high end watches – OPS # 10-149206

The suspect in the video is responsible for two thefts of high end watches at the St Laurent Shopping Centre, 1200 St Laurent Blvd, Ottawa. The suspect is well dressed and well spoken. The suspect was very good at distracting the staff before stealing the watches. The male has stolen watches on 2 separate occasions and on a third occasion he was scared and fled the store.
Suspect: white male in his 50’s, about 5’10”, average build, clean shaven and balding, wearing glasses and well dressed
