Ottawa fraud OPS#09-161473

Crime Stoppers and the Ottawa Police Service are seeking your help in identifying a suspect involved in a fraud. On May 13, 2009 the subject attended a store on Terminal Ave, Ottawa. This male purchased electronic equipment and subsequently paid using a fraudulent credit card.
