Ottawa fraud/stolen credit card OPS# 09-166847

Crime Stoppers and the Ottawa Police Service are seeking your help in identifying two suspect involved in a fraud. On May 18, 2009, two black males entered a large store at the Rideau Center, Ottawa. The suspects purchased two Playstation 3′s using gift cards that had been purchased with a stolen credit card. The suspects left in a vehicle with Quebec licence plates.
