Ottawa use of stolen credit card – OPS #10-130244

The Ottawa Police Service and Crime Stoppers are asking for your assistance in identifying the male in the attached picture. On May 10th, 2010 he used a stolen credit card at a restaurant in the 300 block of Bank Street, Ottawa.
