Mark your calendar for Thursday April 22, 2010 when the Crime Stoppers major fundraiser “Bail or Jail” rolls into the St. Laurent Centre for fun and entertainment. You’ll see our Community Leaders and Concerned Citizens like yourself appear before a Judge and be sent to jail for some amusing crimes as they try to raise bail, which goes to Crime Stoppers in our area. Crime Stoppers pays cash rewards for confidential and anonymous information that helps police solve crimes.
If you’d like to participate as a jailee, and you feel you can raise a few hundred dollars or more, you can register on line at www.crimestoppers.ca/jail or contact Marilyn Power (613-688-6812) our Bail or Jail coordinator.
You can also come out to the St.Laurent Centre main floor beneath the food court and watch the fun.
