On January 21st , 2010 the suspect met with the victim at a local Tim Horton’s. The accused was buying an expensive camera from the victim.The transaction was completed and the suspect paid the victim with a fraudulent CIBC money order in the amount of $2700. The complainant took a photo of the suspect with his digital camera prior to concluding their meeting.
