Shortly after 9:00 p.m. on November 08, 2009 a young male was riding his bike on a path through Goldridge Park in Kanata. He was attacked by two young male suspects who knocked him to the ground. The suspects kicked him in the head a number of times following which they stole his back pack and bicycle. Justin Rutter, 14-years-old, of Ottawa failed to return home on Thursday, October 8, 2009, after telling his friend he did not want to go back home. He has never stayed away from home for this long before. Justin Rutter is believed to frequent the Lowertown-Vanier-Overbrook area. He is a white male, age 14, short light brown hair, brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a light brown/white hoodie, seen in this photo.
