Indecent Exposure (Buckingham)

Crime Stoppers and the Gatineau Police Service are seeking your assistance in identifying a male suspect involved in an indecent exposure and an attempted robbery.
On the 19 February 2009 at 11:30 PM, a female employee of the Buckingham Hospital located at 150 Maclaren Street East, in Buckingham, parked her vehicle in the rear parking lot. As she exited her car a male suspect approached her and said: “look I have something for you”. He then opened his coat and exposed himself. The suspect then grabbed the employee’s purse and a struggle ensued. The employee began to scream and the suspect fled without the victim’s purse.
The suspect is described as a white 50 year-old male, 5’5″, 130 lbs, reddish beard, short black hair, dressed in dark clothing with a ball cap.
