Hit and Run


Crime Stoppers and the Gatineau police Service are requesting your assistance in identifying two suspects involved in a hit and run incident.
During the evening of the 24 October 2007 at approximately 9:45 PM, a student was leaving the University du Québec Campus located at 283 Alexandre-Taché Blv in the Hull sector. As the student was crossing the boulevard to get to her parked car, an eastbound car struck her. The impact was on the driver’s side, which caused damage to the driver’s side mirror. The driver failed to stop and after the impact the vehicle was last seen speeding away turning left on Scott Street.
The suspect vehicle is described as a recent General Motors, beige colored car, possibly a Chevrolet Malibu.
The driver and the front passenger were both males.
The victim sustained serious injuries and she was transported to the hospital.
