Break and Enter on Augura Drive

The Ottawa Police Service has requested that the Crime Stoppers’ Organization seek the public’s assistance in identifying the suspects involved in a recent break and enter on Auriga Drive in Nepean at the Administration Offices of the Community Non-Pofit Housing Corporation.
On August 26, 2007 police, responding to a report of suspicious circumstances received just before 10:00pm, found that a window on the ground floor of 39 Auriga Drive had been smashed. Inside they found that computer equipment had been removed from a workstation located directly in front of the smashed window. Computer cables were strewn on the floor leading up to the window.
About 15 minutes earlier two men were seen arriving in the parking lot in a white car, probably a white Pontiac Sunfire Model. They reversed the car into a space at the south end of the parking area and proceeded to walk around the building, behaving in a rather suspicious manner, looking into windows and checking cars in the lot. A few minutes later, at about ten minutes to 10:00pm the men and vehicle were seen leaving the parking lot.
The first suspect and the driver of the vehicle was a man of about 20-25 years of age, slimly built, olive-skinned, 5’ 9” in height with short dark hair and no facial hair. He was wearing a white t-shirt, blue pants and white sneakers.
The second suspect was a white male, 5’8” in height, slimly built and wearing camouflage pants, dark boots and a dark t-shirt.
The vehicle was a white older model Pontiac Sunfire , two doors, 5 spoke rims with a black bug deflector up front and a small spoiler at the rear.
