Crime Stoppers and the Ottawa Police Service are seeking the assistance of the public in finding a young woman who has been missing since July 2007.
The young person is Pamela Pelletier who is 23 years old. She stands about 5’4″ tall with a slim build and weighing about 115 lbs. She has long brown curly hair and green eyes and was reported missing from home on July 3, 2007. At the time she was wearing black slacks and t-shirt and white sneakers. Her last known address was on Somerset St W in Ottawa.
Ms Pelletier was last seen with Greg Fraser who is known to police. He is about 28 years old, stands about 5’8″ tall and weighs about 190 lbs. He has brown hair and hazel colored eyes and he has a scar on his mouth.
The Ottawa Police Service has outstanding warrants for Fraser and members of the public should not approach him.
In the event that Pamela Pelletier or Greg Fraser are seen call 911 and the police shall be dispatched to investigate.
Police must ascertain if Miss Pelletier is under duress. She needs to meet with police investigators in person.
