On Monday the June 25th, 2007 at approximately 2:51 P.M., a male suspect armed with a knife entered the Proxim Pharmacy located at 542 St Philippe Street in the Village of Alfred. The suspect threatened the staff with a knife and fled the scene with narcotics and cash.
The suspect is described as being a white male 30 to 40 Yrs old, approx. 6 feet tall, slim build, moustache, shoulder length dirty blond wavy hair, wearing a red ball cap, sunglasses, grey hooded sweater with a logo on the left chest area, dark pants / jeans, dark shoes.
The Ontario Provincial Police Hawkesbury Crime Unit is investigating.
