Crime Stoppers and the Ottawa Police Service are seeking your assistance in identifying the suspects involved in the theft of two trucks from the Goldie Mohr Ltd yard on Moodie Drive in Nepean.
Between the hours of 16:00h on Saturday January 13 and 08:00h on Sunday January 14 two similar trucks were removed from the yard of Goldie Mohr Ltd located on Moodie Drive in Nepean. The trucks were Kenworth T800 models predominantly blue in colour and bearing Ontario plates # PZ7068 and PS7386 respectively. The two trucks were parked in the middle of the yard with their trailers attached. Apparently the keys to the two vehicles were located and the trailers detached before they were driven off. The trucks left the yard by way of the front gates where the lock had been removed or cut off. The lock was not recovered.
The two trucks were later seen, after midnight, heading south on Highway 416 towards Highway 401 where they were observed to turn in an easterly direction toward Montreal. Descriptions of the drivers are not available.
